These Terms and Conditions apply to bookings of travel services via XITT Travel.

1. Contract conclusion

By completing a booking, the customer submits a binding offer. The contract is formed once our booking confirmation is issued.

2. Services and prices

The scope of services and travel price are shown in the booking flow. Obvious input errors can be corrected before final submission.

3. Payment

The total amount or agreed deposit must be paid on time. Available payment methods are shown during checkout.

4. Changes by the customer

Rebookings are possible only within tariff conditions. Additional costs may apply.

5. Cancellation

Cancellation is possible before departure. The cancellation terms shown in the booking process apply.

6. Liability

We are liable in accordance with statutory law. For third-party services, provider terms may also apply.

7. Final provisions

German law applies. Mandatory consumer rights in the customer’s country of residence remain unaffected.
